Pretty obvious the stretching part of L4 training has been getting ignored. Will just keep at it so that, by Christmas, all the important wee bits will be on the floor!

Impressive Master
Before level 4 started, I was doing a 4 minute plank every day in an effort to keep my core in reasonable shape. But this all stopped when we went to level 4! Decided I'd best make the effort to start it all again but struggled to maintain the position for 2 minutes! See what age, laziness and rejection of the 3rd tenet can do!?

its been a while since I've posted on this page but, L4 lockdown has got me to this point! I hope anyone reading this is well and is coping with this frustrating situation better than I am. At least it gives one a chance to do some fine tuning on their patters and perhaps even do some swat on the terminology.
